Having trouble with the tispr App? Try these troubleshooting tips:
- Check your WiFi or cellular connection.
- The tispr App requires iOS 9.0 or later and Android 4.1 or above. Make sure you have the latest versions in order to enjoy tispr!
- Make sure you're using a compatible device. The iOS tispr App is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and optimized for iPhone 5 or newer.
- If you aren’t receiving alerts when you get a new message, check that you’ve enabled push notifications! To do so, please go to iPhone settings, select tispr, then select “allow push notifications.”
